It is commonplace in the video game industry for developers to issue a ā€œRoad Mapā€ for the upcoming year.Ā  This road map is a statement of what is planned over the next twelve months: what games will be released, what upgrades are being worked on, what new games are being developed, etc. Its primary purpose is to build excitement amongst customers and investors. However, it also provides these same people a means to hold the developer accountable for the promises that have been made.

The ā€œWhite Elephant Gift Exchange.ā€ A favorite staple of many a holiday party everywhere. While the rules may vary from family to family, the basic premise is the same. Everyone brings a gift and draws a number. On your turn, you may steal a gift that has already been opened or you may pick a new gift from those yet to be opened.Ā  If your gift is stolen, you are given the same options: steal a gift or pick an unopened one.Ā  The game continues until everyone has had a turn and has received a gift. Recently on ā€œHalf Air On Air,ā€ Deb and I talked about a music video parody we wanted to make. We had hoped to get that out before the end of 2021, but that didnā€™t happen. We didnā€™t just let it slide, however. No. Unlike the hundreds of things we have on our things-to-do lists that never get done, this was not one of them. We pulled through! We persevered! (I basically woke up one day and said ā€œI think Iā€™m ready to work on that video.ā€) Now, after many long-awaited months, Deb and I are ready to present ā€œHello From CDI.ā€

Like everyone else, I am ready for COVID-19 to be over. My reasons, however, probably differ from most other peopleā€™s. Introverted as I am, I donā€™t mind the lock-downs, social distancing, and remote meetings. Masks donā€™t bother me. Theyā€™re just another article of clothing that offers me the opportunity to express myself while protecting others. I feel the vaccine is a no-brainer. A little discomfort and inconvenience is a small price to pay to stay healthy enough to continue to do Godā€™s work, including caring for my wife and children. What I donā€™t like about COVID is all the division that has arisen
